Your trust matters, so here is a plain-English summary of what information I collect and how I use it.

1. Information I collect

Contact details you give me, like your name and email when you book a call or email me.
Coaching information, the financial and personal details you choose to share during our work together, such as income, expenses, and goals.
Scheduling information: when you book through the calendar link, the scheduling provider (Google) collects the details needed to set up the appointment.
Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details directly; I do not see or store your full card number.
Basic website data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) that come with hosting on Cloudflare.

2. How I use it

To respond to you, schedule and deliver coaching, process payments, keep records, and improve my services. I do not sell your personal information.

3. Who I share it with

Only the service providers I need to run the business, for example Stripe (payments), Google (scheduling and calendar), and my email provider, and only as needed. Each has its own privacy policy. I may also disclose information if required by law.

4. How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as needed to provide coaching and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete it.

5. Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

6. Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Just email john@cosgrove.work and I'll help.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
